Returns & Exchanges

Remember, for any exchange and return to be valid you have to meet the following requirements:

They should not spend more than 15 calendar days since you received your order until you return it.
The product must be in perfect state, unused and in its original packaging.
You should not use the product box as packing method, you have to wrap it with whatever you deem appropriate.
Follow these simple steps to perform a free return
  • In the form below, enter your order number. You can find it in the confirmation email that we sent you the day you placed the order and follow the steps shown below.
  • Once we validate the return request, we will send you a SEUR label with the instructions by email, this process usually does not take more than 4 working hours within the schedule (MF from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).
  • Follow the instructions in the email and select if you want to return your purchase at a SEUR point or have a SEUR carrier pick up the return from your home in the time slot that you choose. Both options are free for you.
  • Wrap the original box with whatever you deem appropriate.
  • Paste the SEUR label on the outside and take the return to the return point you have selected, or wait for SEUR to pick up the return on the requested day. (It depends on your choice in point 3).
  • When we receive the shipment we will validate it and we will pay you the amount in the same payment method, in case of having paid Cash on delivery it will be by bank transfer. This process can take up to 15 calendar days.

Follow these simple steps to perform a free change
  • Request the change of size / model in the form below. To do this, enter your order number. You can find it in the confirmation email that we sent you the day you placed the order and follow the steps shown below.
  • Once we validate the change, you will receive a form by email that you must print.
  • In the email we will indicate when we will deliver the new shoes and collect the old ones, all for free and at the same time.
  • Wrap the original box with whatever you deem appropriate. No identification label is required.
  • Wait for the indicated day and give the old shoes to the carrier and he will give you the new ones, if there is a price difference in our favor you must give it in cash to the carrier, in case it is in your favor we will refund the difference when your return in the same payment method.

Important: If you want to choose the exchange date or select another payment method (in case of a price difference), you can call us or send us an email after filling in the form.

If you do not want to make the change at your address, you can also contact us after filling in the form and request that we do it through a Post Office, so you will only have to take the product you want to return and pick up the new one.
